This packaging machine is employed in various industrial sectors, it is a machine with an intermittent movement and utilises a single reel of heat-sealed film. With the appropriate batching controller systems it can be employed in the packaging all types of products in single dose heat-sealed on three sides (two horizontal and one vertical fin “stick-pack”):
granular, powders, liquids, doughy products in 0.5 to 300 cm³ doses, and when utilising different batching systems on request it may also package metered single piece products.
It is manufactured in versions from 2 to 20 tracks and may reach a max. speed of 100 cycles per minute, in accordance with the packet format, determined by the product to be packaged and the type of heat-sealed wrapper utilised.
Thanks to its engine, managed completely by a brushless motor and the touch-screen interface with the operators, this machine permits the repair of synchronisation and functions while in operation, ensuring high performance, and can memorise up to 200 work programmes.
Reliable and simple to use, it does not require high maintenance or qualified personnel, an on-line support system is possible via modem for the control and modification of management software.
This is a compact, harmonious and rounded line, facilitating cleaning
activities.
