Packaging machine - series "MF_ST"

This packaging machine is employed in various industrial sectors; it is a machine with a highly productive continuous rotary movement. 

The batching control system is personalised in accordance with the product to be packaged.

The machine utilises a single reel of film and is employed in the packaging of single piece products in 4-side heat-sealed packets, such as capsules, tablets, sweets, toothpicks, tongue depressors, mechanical small items and seeds in general etc.

It is manufactured in versions from 2 to 10 tracks and may reach a speed of 300 cycles per minute, in accordance with the packet format, determined by the product to be packaged and the type of heat-sealed wrapper utilised.

Thanks to its engine, managed completely by a brushless motor for variable formats and the touch-screen interface with the operators, this machine permits the repair of synchronisation and functions while in operation, ensuring high performance, and can memorise up to 200 work programmes.

Reliable and simple to use, it does not require high maintenance or qualified personnel, an on-line support system is possible via modem for the control and modification of management software.

This is a compact, harmonious and rounded line, facilitating cleaning activities.
