This is a series MF_CB packaging machine combined with a weight grading machine and case packers - series MF BRIO.
This line of packaging is employed in various industrial sectors, for the production of single dose 4 side heat-sealed packets utilising a single reel of film. These packets are then metered and ordered into cases.
By utilising different batching systems it may package all types of products: granular, powders, liquids, doughy products in 1 to 300 cm³ doses, including metered single piece products with specific systems on request.
It is manufactured in 1 or 2 track versions and may reach a max. speed of 130 packets per minute, in accordance with the type of packet to be packed, the characteristics of the product and the type of heat-sealed wrapper utilised.
Thanks to its engine, managed completely by a brushless motor and the touch-screen interface with the operators, this machine permits the repair of synchronisation and functions while in operation, ensuring high performance, and can memorise up to 200 work programmes.
Reliable and simple to use, it does not require high maintenance or qualified personnel, an on-line support system is possible via modem for the control and modification of management software.
This is a compact, harmonious and rounded line, facilitating cleaning activities.
