Multi-track packaging machines - series "MF_BS"

This packaging machine is employed in various industrial sectors; it is a machine with continuous rotary movement and oscillating batching controller for high speeds.

The unique characteristic of this machine is the continuous cycle production, utilising only one reel, specially shaped heat-sealed packets, without swarf waste, mainly employed in the packaging of granular products and when utilising different batching systems it may also package powders, liquids, creams and doughy products etc.

It is manufactured in versions from 2 to 5 tracks and may reach a speed of 200 cycles per minute, in accordance with the packet format, determined by the product to be packaged and the type of heat-sealed wrapper utilised.

Thanks to its engine, managed completely by a brushless motor and the touch-screen interface with the operators, this machine permits the repair of synchronisation and functions while in operation, ensuring high performance, and can memorise up to 200 work programmes.

Reliable and simple to use, it does not require high maintenance or qualified personnel, an on-line support system is possible via modem for the control and modification of management software.

This is a compact, harmonious and rounded line, facilitating cleaning activities.
